Return/Exchange Policy

Notice: Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving your order. Returns must be returned to us within 7 days after receiving a Return Merchandise Authorizationn. If you wish to exchange an order simply return it for a refund and place a new order on our website and. See our return policy below.

1. Contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization from our Customer Service Department(we will send it to you by email). Any orders returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.

2. Print the Return Merchandise Authorization and put it in the returns package, then sent it to us.

3. Customers are responsible for returning the merchandise at their own expense. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.

4. In order to keep you completely satisfied and maintain rock bottom prices, our shipping expenses are neither refundable nor reimbursed for any reason. This includes all freight charges: the first shipment and return. Original freight expense will be deducted from your refund.

5. Merchandise must be returned in new re-sellable condition with the original packaging including but not limited to manuals, tags, serial numbers, UPC code, etc.

6. Clearance and closeout items will not be eligible for return

7. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee
